The lease is for 1 year and renews month-to-month. The Redecoration Fee is $125. We welcome one cat or dog. A cat must be declawed. A dog may live in a walkout patio unit and weigh 25 lbs maximum. Either pet must be neutered or spayed. The pet deposit is $400 non-refundable.
